Head Chef: Lourdes
Lourdes began her career with Ulrike’s café nearly 15 years ago as a dishwasher. She worked her way through different areas of the kitchen and eventually arrived as an assistant to the head chef. Lourdes is a native of Pisac, she loves her hometown and the sacred valley and is passionate about her cooking. She is married with two children and is excited to take on her new role as head chef.
The staff at Ulrike’s come from various villages in the Sacred Valley. Many have worked with Ulrike’s for years and are passionate about their work and guests they serve. Most have growing families and are constantly striving to grow personally and professionally. We are very proud of the team at Ulrike’s.
